- PAMŪ Olive Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 ounces spaghetti, broken in half, cooked and drained
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1-1/2 cups Egg BeatersŪ Original (1-1/2 cups = 12 oz)
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup = 2 oz)
- 1/2 cup Hunt'sŪ Family Favorites Seasoned Tomato Sauce for Pizza, heated

| Directions | - Preheat broiler. Spray 10-inch oven-proof nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat.
- Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in spaghetti and Italian seasoning; cook and stir 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Pour Egg Beaters evenly into skillet. Cover; cook 9 minutes, or until bottom of frittata is set but top is still moist. Remove lid from skillet. Top with cheese.
- Place skillet under broiler. Broil 2 minutes, or until top is set but not brown.
- Remove frittata from broiler. Cut into 4 wedges.
