Ingredients
- PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 3/4 cup Egg Beaters® Garden Vegetable
- 2 tablespoons Fleischmann's® Original-stick, melted
- 1 cup Ultragrain® All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

Serving Size: 6 servings (1 popover each)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray bottoms and sides of six 6-ounce custard cups or cups of a popover pan with cooking spray. Place custard cups on 15x10-inch baking pan; set aside.
- Beat milk, Egg Beaters and Fleischmann's in medium bowl with wire whisk until blended. Add flour and thyme; beat until smooth.
- Place prepared custard cups or popover pan in oven for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately fill each cup 1/2 full with batter. Bake 35 minutes, or until golden brown and very firm.
- Remove from pan and serve immediately.
Cook's Tip
For crisper popovers, prick each popover with a fork to let steam escape immediately after removing from oven. If desired, return to oven and bake 5 minutes more, or until desired crispness is reached.
