Had this fritata at a friends house for a brunch. It was delicious indeed. My husband really enjoyed it also. Liked it so much went out and bought a cast iron pan so I could make it also. Good job.

While the recipe is tasty, I only gave it 3 stars for the pain-in-rear factor. Could you PLEASE just give the nutritional information for the recipe? As someone who follows Weight Watchers and lives in a rural area (my local grocery does not carry Healthy Choice bread), it's a pain for me to have to research fat, carbs, etc. in a particular brand.
