- PAMĀ® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 cup Egg BeatersĀ® Garden Vegetable (1 cup = 8 oz)
- 4 whole wheat pita breads (6 inch)
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 4 slices (3/4 oz each) thin-sliced honey ham, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (1/4 cup = 1 oz)

Serving Size: 4 servings (1 pizza each)
Directions
- Spray 2-cup glass measure with cooking spray. Add Egg Beaters; cover. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute; stir with fork. Microwave 45 seconds more or until center is set. Break into bite-size pieces with fork.
- Top each pita evenly with spinach leaves, Egg Beaters, ham, onion and cheese.
- Place each pizza on microwave-safe plate; microwave on HIGH 45 seconds or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
Cook's Tip
If Egg Beaters Garden Vegetable is not available, use Egg Beaters Original and add 1 tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper to the Egg Beaters before cooking in microwave.
