- 4 foil-wrapped milk chocolate squares, unwrapped
- 5 seconds Reddi-wip® Chocolate Dairy Whipped Topping (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup Egg Beaters® Original
- 1/2 cup dry chocolate fudge brownie mix

Serving Size: 2 servings (1 cake each)
Directions
- Place 2 chocolate squares each in bottom of 2 microwave-safe mugs.
- Whisk together Reddi-wip, Egg Beaters and brownie mix in medium bowl. Place half of the batter in each mug.
- Microwave each mug individually on HIGH 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds. Invert each cake onto a plate; serve immediately with additional Reddi-wip.
Cook's Tip
A variety of chocolate candies may be used. In place of the chocolate squares, try chocolate bite-size candy bars, chocolate mints or whatever flavor desired.
One fresh egg may be used in place of 1/4 cup Egg Beaters.
Cake mix or baking mix may be used in place of brownie mix.

This was so good!!! I used only regular reddi whip cream and a whole egg. I put 2 dove heart chocolates in the bottom of the mug and served with frozen vanilla yogurt. Family loved it!!!

Bill, you can use white cake mix and any little bits of candies that will melt. We use the caramel bits with white and chocolate mixes. Sometimes I'll toss some chopped nuts in, too. We've also used strawberry cake mix with milk chocolate chips. As for leftover cake mixes, I just put 'em in resealable bags and stick 'em in the cabinet. They get used up eventually. : )

This was a great recipe! Very easy! I love lava cakes and using the mugs.....great idea. i did use the one fresh egg instead of the egg beaters. I think in the future I will switch it up and try cake mix instead of the brownie mix. I think my children will love it just as much as they loved this recipe. Give it a try for a yummy treat!
